Breakfast Examples

Breakfast burrito: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, any other non-starchy veggies, Canadian bacon (or ham or turkey sausage), part-skim mozzarella cheese, 1 flour tortilla. 30g carb in tortilla

½ cup oatmeal made with water, sweetened with low-calorie sugar substitute (like Splenda), 1 ¼ cup berries – add a protein source
